1. License Grant & Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Apna Downloader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. Software Licensing & Device Seats

Apna Downloader offers trial and paid licensing tiers:

Free Trial: New accounts receive temporary trial access to test high-speed downloading features. Device Seats: Paid subscription licenses grant usage on a specific number of Windows PC seats (1, 2, or 3 PCs) as specified in your active plan. Slot Management: You may unbind existing device seats via the Customer Portal to transfer your license seat to a new computer.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Apna Downloader in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You must not use the software to transfer, download, or distribute materials in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payments & Activation

Subscription payments are processed manually or via authorized local gateways (EasyPaisa, NayaPay). Upon submitting your transaction details, licenses are activated once payment confirmation is verified by our administration team.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apna Downloader is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for network interruptions, third-party server throttling, or data loss caused by local hardware or OS configuration issues.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed to reflect software enhancements or regulatory changes. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
